A plucked chicken?


No bottom rack. No seat. No motor!

STEP-002 Removing the seat - Completed


Nothing hard hear although I now know that you should really tightened these screws from time to time as one was missing and the others were nearly all loose!

STEP-001 Completed!


Ad now I have a rather nice coffee holder for when those cold winter nights start kicking in

STEP-001 Snag - Solution

I needed another rope to help position the back wheel and used some sticky tape to hold the washers in.place but eventually I got it back on.  To free the pannier rack I needed to disconnect the Rohloff gear cable. This was done my inscrewing the big screw in the midde and a couple of cable guides

STEP-001 Snag!


Ah!  The cables are routing through the cage and 2 of those allen keys were .. umm.... holding the back wheel on! Bike is now hangin on the suspension and I've had to recruit brother Clive to help
